ISLAND NEWS is seeks a Client Service Specialist. The primary responsibility of the Client Service Specialist will be to support ISLAND NEWS Media Consultants in servicing their clients. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task for several Media Consultants and their clients. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work in WO Traffic to schedule client contracts
- Work with Director of Sales to provide the Sales Team with Research and
- Marketing data for use during sales presentations
- Work with ISLAND NEWS Media Consultants to provide customer service to their clients.
- Work with ISLAND NEWS Media Consultants to process third party digital orders
- Provide traffic material instruction and work with ISLAND NEWS Creative
- Services to ensure that the correct TV commercials are running at the correct time.
- Coordinate production dates in line with advertiser contracts and the delivery of commercial TV spots to Traffic Hub for all KITV4 platforms.
- Implement special client and station projects. Including gathering client elements, submitting production orders, scheduling the campaign and coordinating with the ISLAND NEWS team.
- Facilitate in the design and creation of ISLAND NEWS sales sheets and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with the ISLAND NEWS Sales Team and their clients.
- Provide monthly client campaign summaries (linear and digital)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:- Minimum 1 year of support experience in a business to business sales environment preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
