P-T Promotions/Street Team Position

Nashville’s WJXA Mix 92.9, WCJK 96.3 JACK-FM, and WNFN Y’all 106.7 are looking for upbeat and motivated team members to join our Promotions Street Team!

These individuals will be essential to the representation and growth of the brands by interacting positively with the community, providing relevant station information, distributing collateral, and facilitating on-site giveaway opportunities.

Are you a positive, self-starter, currently living in Nashville, looking to break into the world of Broadcasting? If so, this is the role for you!

You’ll obtain a plethora of skills and knowledge through on-site activation, brand awareness, and community engagement for some of Nashville’s top radio stations in our growing market by representing the brands at various community/charity events, remote broadcasts, concerts, signature station events and more!

Qualifications and Skills:
The individuals must possess the following working knowledge and skills as well as the ability to demonstrate that they are capable of performing all requirements of the job.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms
• Excellent customer service skills and willingness to engage positively with listeners and event personnel
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and possess problem solving skills
• Ability to work well with other team members
• Assist in the setup and break down of station tent display and other interactive additives
• Ability to take initiative and enhance brand exposure/audience engagement
• Familiarity with each brand and their respective audiences
• Must have weekday, weekend, and evening availability as needed
• Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date proof of insurability
• Ability to move and lift a minimum of 40lbs and stand for extended periods of time both indoors and outdoors
• Experience working promotional events is a plus!
