Good Karma Brands is looking for an Account Manager, based out of Good Karma Brands’ home office in Milwaukee, WI, to support and contribute to our continued digital growth. An Account Manager will be a true extension of the Digital Marketing Consultants (sales) business enterprise at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity & problem solving, extreme attention to detail, the capability to work well in a team environment, and extensive knowledge of Good Karma Brands digital sales & creative process.

Responsibilities:

The Role of an Account Manager:

The primary role of an Account Manager is to serve as an extension of a Marketing Consultant (sales) by working directly with advertising partners, having complete understanding and oversight of all execution details in the sales process, and managing marketing campaigns/decks for current & potential advertising partners. This role will require an extensive knowledge of GKB’s digital assets.

Daily Tasks of an Account Manager:

• Be a Good Karma Brands ambassador by adhering to the GKB core values: Listen. Be Honest, Follow Through, Work Hard & Over Deliver.

• Ability to handle day to day management of all copy & creative for multiple partners at various steps in the process.

• Capability to be an extension of the Marketing Consultant by working directly with & communication to partners, ensuring their campaign & programs are running accurately.

• Oversight of all details with sales process & partnership including copy, creative, dates, billing summaries, invoices, liability reports, campaigns/decks, EDSRs.

• Management of campaign/deck creation process working directly with Marketing Consultant & design team.

• Update and manage Salesforce with capability to enter Marketing Consultants billing, make adjustments, include notes & action steps, etc.

• Ability to interpret and communicate delivery reports including what to highlight when sending to partners & what to look for when evaluating.

• Ability to collaborate with Marketing Consultants on all elements within the sales process.

Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications:

• Extreme organizational & time management skills

• Passion to be a part of a team and collaborate with various Marketing Consultants

• Excellent communication skills with friendly, optimistic & upbeat personality

• Excellence in PowerPoint & Excel, design experience is a plus

• Willingness to accept & provide feedback

• With this career, you are required to hold a valid drivers license
