Entercom radio stations in Phoenix have an immediate opening for a Live Events & Experiences Coordinators. 


LIVE EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

  • Assist in the development, implementation and execution of the stations’ NTR/Integrated Marketing programs and events.
  • Coordinate the Live Events process including idea generation, program development, implementation and fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain Live Events program/event recaps and reports
  • Coordinate communication and workflow between the sales, programming, promotions and digital departments to ensure all deliverables are provided to the clients according to the program/event timelines.
  • Prepare P&L worksheets that are required for all Live Events
  • Prepare P&L ACTUALS within 2 weeks after event/programs
  • Update and maintain the on-air feature sponsorship calendars for all stations
  • Update and maintain all event sponsorship availability boards for all events
  • Order entry for all orders, sponsorships, custom programs and events that contain NTR revenue
  • Support AE’s with administrative tasks: book remotes, execution forms, Trello
  • Process all necessary legal agreements for event sponsorships
  • Design and create Power Point presentations for all stations events and programs
  • Assist in working with all Account Executives to maintain the NTR Process
  • Prepare research material supporting events
  • Attend events as needed for program fulfillment (Will include nights & weekends)
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously


  • Two to three years’ experience in media or sales/event logistics/management/activation.
  • Available for weekend, evening and early morning work
  • Must be physically capable of long hours, extended exposure to the outdoors
  • Knowledge of Power Point
  • Creative and journalistic writing skills a plus
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail are critical
