JOB SUMMARY KSLA News 12, the most-watched news station in Shreveport, La., is looking for a Weekend Anchor/Reporter to join our National Edward R. Murrow Award Winning team. Applicant should be an exceptional writer and excellent communicator in the studio and in the field. Outstanding live reporting and breaking news skills are a must as well as superior editorial judgment and steadfast journalistic integrity.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Anchor weekend evening newscasts and report • Develop sources and bring story ideas to the team daily that resonate with our audience • Shoot, write and edit compelling coverage • Use digital and social media to find, develop and tell stories
