Entercom Boston is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to effectively support the Marketing Director for WAAF and WEEI. The Promotions Manager will assist with station initiatives and branding for WAAF and WEEI, while also collaborating with sales and programming departments on promotions and event execution for large scale cluster events.


The primary duties will include but not limited to:

  • Support the WEEI/WAAF Marketing Director on station marketing initiatives
  • Fulfilling of programming and sales promotions/sponsorships initiatives with a focus on WAAF and WEEI
  • Thorough knowledge of company compliance policies and procedures
  • Understanding of listener relations, such as answering emails, phone calls, and following up with winners when needed
  • Collaborate with WAAF/WEEI Marketing Director and Digital Department on social media and digital implementation for listeners and programming and/or sales initiatives
  • Work with cluster Marketing Directors on planning, execution, and recap of station signature events
  • Supervise Event Coordinator and assist with managing cluster event team
  • Oversee fulfillment of event bookings, execution, and recaps for all stations



  • Knowledge of the Boston Radio Market is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Ability to produce results in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of vPromotions is a plus
  • Moderate night and/or weekend work


  • Minimum of two years’ experience executing marketing and promotions campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred and/or equivalent experience and training
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
