Bonneville Communications Corporation is looking for an Office Backup Intern for a very busy multi-function advertising office environment.  We offer an exciting yet fulfilling atmosphere.

This is part time (18 hours per week) for the duration of 6 months, located in Salt Lake City, UT

You will work under the direction of the Office Manager and be willing to assist with the following tasks:

Ensure office/breakroom equipment is properly working ie; drink machine(s) is serviced as needed
Assist with meal ordering coordination, pick-up and delivery, often requiring the use of your own vehicle
Help maintain schedule for conference rooms
Ensure that there are always parking validations available to visitors
Help with general office cleanlinessEmpty dishwasher and wash dishes (as needed)
Clean up after company events and client meetings
Wipe out fridge, dishwasher, counters
Help keep supply closet organized
Order and put away Costco
Order and restock Coke Machine
Restock Coffee Machine, tea, and kitchen
Restock bathroom cubby supplies
Clean out ice cream machine
Restock printer paper and ink as needed
Other duties as assigned
Administrative support for submitting and reconciling expense reports as needed

Requirements:

Requirements

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Utilize technology, including virtual and mobile
Willing to perform menial tasks with a positive attitude
Use of personal vehicle (miles will be reimbursed)
Proficiency in MS Office suite to include: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and willingness to do what is required when asked
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Outstanding customer service skills
Able to remain calm under pressure
Resourcefulness and flexible thinking will serve you and the office well
