PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANT (20 hours a week): Duties include processing  television sales orders; assisting national and regional accounts with program changes and preemptions; pulling spot placements/invoices; answering inquiries; researching/resolving discrepancies; preparing/distributing reports and providing back-up to local sales team as needed.

 

Requirements:

Candidates must be customer service oriented with excellent attention to detail, must possess strong communication and organization skills, and must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while under strict deadlines.

 

Position requires computer literacy with a proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
