Sinclair Broadcast Group Chattanooga is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Integrated Marketing Consultant. We need someone who can connect with clients and help them achieve their business objectives through effective Digital and TV advertising. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality and a drive to succeed. Most importantly, we want a hard-working salesperson who wants to have FUN at work, make money and help local businesses grow.



Key Actions Associated with Role:

  • Create results for clients through targeted campaigns
  • Establish trust with clients, community and Sinclair relationships
  • Grow your book of business in alignment with Sinclair’s corporate goals and your personal goals
  • Improve your capabilities through targeted and continuous professional behavior
  • Develop capabilities to produce creative and effective integrated marketing campaigns


  • Outside media sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Passion for contributing to a sales team with a positive mindset
  • Driven by practical results, opportunities to learn and opportunities to assist others with intention
  • Effective relationship building, customer service, communication and negotiation skills
  • Superior business acumen related to new media, digital interactive initiatives and social media required
  • An excellent understanding of TV and media plans, advertising marketplace and key competition
  • Thorough understanding of the Sinclair story, products, pricing, services and procedures
  • Strong understanding of the changing landscape of integrated marketing
  • Ability to anticipate, meet and/or exceed customer needs, wants and expectations
  • Ability to demonstrate self-control and manage time and priorities
  • Ability to handle adversity with a positive attitude
  • Ability to hold oneself accountable for personal actions
  • Ability to effectively communicate, build rapport and relate well to all kinds of people
  • Strong organizational, written and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Competitive, persuasive, energetic and self-motivated traits
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Working knowledge of new media, digital interactive initiatives and social media required
