Description:

Skills and Experience:

  • Preferred: College degree in business, communications, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and revenue goals; experience in outbound sales preferred.
  • 2+ years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably with programmatic placement.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to develop client-facing presentations and create comprehensive marketing solutions.
  • A team player, willing and able to collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
  • Self-motivated, positive, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • The ability to explain complex information in a simplified manner
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Demands

  • Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation Range

$60,000 – $80,000 annually.

Salary will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.

 

This role is eligible to earn an annual bonus based on performance and hitting established metrics.

We’re proud of our history and we want talented people to join us as we continue to grow!   To learn more about Bonneville and how our local media matters, visit: https://bonneville.com/ Position Overview We have an opening for our next dynamic Digital Media Strategist to help identify and create digital marketing solutions for businesses of all sizes. This role will include responsibility to ensure the growth of digital sales, acting as a liason between the sales team and digital performance manager. This person will be responsible for contributing to the digital revenue goals working collaboratively with Account Executives (AEs) on consultative sales of owned and operated digital advertising solutions and in house/third party vendor extension products to new and existing clients. You’ll have the opportunity to grow in this role, and be a part of a growing, dynamic team.   Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.
  • This position is a hybrid, role that requires the employee to sometimes work at our Denver site. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
What You Will Do: Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales team and clients to identify digital sales opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and develop digital sales solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Serve as a product expert in digital advertising products, IP targeting, display, PPC, CTV, OLV,
  • Social, email, website development and SEO.
  • Drive digital revenue growth across all digital platforms.
  • Assist Account Executives (AEs) in prospecting and closing business to exceed revenue expectations.
  • Present renewal opportunities to clients with AEs.
