Position Overview

The Programmatic Media Buyer is responsible for the progression, operation and management of programmatic capabilities across all of Bonneville, including programmatic display, video, audio, and other mediums, to enable the delivery of impactful results for Bonneville’s clients. We are looking for someone who can maintain a laser-like focus on setting and achieving high-level results while still possessing a detailed and analytic mindset to provide unique and compelling insights.

 

Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.

This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to sometimes work at one of our company sites. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.

Compensation

$60,000 to $70,000  (salary range). This range is inclusive of multiple job levels and geographic locations.

Rate to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do: Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to: Responsible for implementing and optimizing client strategies and initiatives. Manage the overall success of client campaigns by critically analyzing performance data and making recommendations that may include shifting budget, A/B testing creative and audience segments; to meet key performance indicators. Provide ongoing optimization throughout the duration of the campaign. Integrate digital media initiatives with over-the-air and owned & operated advertising and marketing programs. Work across departments to provide clients with a solid communication and media plan. Execute buying strategies for maximizing media dollars. Act as a liaison between trading desk and fulfillment teams on account, leading day-to-day communications with all parties involved. Collaborate with markets on strategic development, analysis and optimization. Ensure quality control of campaigns, implementing and adhering to a rigorous QA process. As needed, create campaign performance reports communicating the highlights to the media strategist or the sales field.

Requirements:

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. At least 2 to 4 years of digital agency experience creating and executing on various programmatic channels. Experience developing media strategies and plans (example may be requested). Demonstrated history of optimizing campaigns to KPIs such as ROAS and CPA, CPC, CTR, etc. Proficient with DSPs (DV360, SimpliFi, TTD), Ad Servers (Campaign Manager), Web Analytics (Google Analytics), Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager). Fluent in media research/math analytics and consumer trends. Proficient with PMP deals and negotiating with various publishers. Knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting tactics, including dynamic creative, CRM, site retargeting, search retargeting, keyword contextual, affinity, look-a-like, predictive, etc. Advanced experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, index/match). Effective time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize proactively and ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written communication, verbal communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience and understanding of syndicated research and analytics platforms to inform decision making. Physical Demands Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Access to a reliable internet connection. Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
