GRAPHIC DESIGNER
We are searching for a gifted graphic designer to create engaging visuals for a range of radio brands through their websites, digital, and print materials.
In this role, you’ll need to be communicative, collaborative, respond quickly to feedback and evolving needs, hit deadlines, and adjust on the fly while maintaining standards of quality, design requirements, and branding guidelines.
Located in multiple locations, our advertising company has arms in various industries and projects with unique needs. We have a philosophy of collaboration and creativity, always adapting and developing new initiatives, brands, ideas, and projects.
You’ll be tasked with developing work that has a wide range of target audiences. The graphics will need to be on-brand for each respective station, but outside the creativity will be a benefit with some brands. Your graphics would be seen by a wide, diverse target market throughout various US locations, with the goal to promote, inform, or simply attract while inspirng engagement from our brand’s audience.
Responsibilities include:
• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs within required guidelines
• Strong visual style and thorough understanding of how layout, images, color, typography and interactivity impact design effectiveness
• Fulfill branding needs and deadlines as required
• Develop graphics, materials, or logos for a range of brands
• Study existing brand work to continue to hit mark while developing necessary advancement of creative
• Work and communicate with team members in other fields on given direction to produce final designs
• Adaptability to adjust designs and timelines as needed
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Communicate with stations on each project from start to finish with a customer service mindset.
Skills:
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of graphic design
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to provide conceptual explanations behind said design decisions
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Written communication
• Ability to take constructive feedback
• Ability to use a computer proficiently
• Self-assign needed projects through a marketing order management platform
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
Experience:
• 2-4 Years of graphic design experience (Required)
• Photoshop: 2 years (Required)
