WAFB-TV is seeking an organized and creative professional to lead their digital sales efforts in the role of Multimedia Sales Manager. This position works in tandem with the Director of Sales on business development for the station, specifically championing digital sales. This position pays Base Salary + Commission.

Responsibilities:

- Driving digital revenue growth and achieving revenue targets with a focus on new local direct business, - Providing digital training to the sales team, - Assisting Multimedia Executives in presenting and closing digital business, - Developing sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials, - Maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success, - Working at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with - Multimedia Consultants and advertisers, - Recruiting and hiring.

Requirements:

Experience in guiding, motivating, and leading a successful sales team, Strong leadership skills, and highly organized, - Comfortable holding team members accountable to their budgets and goals while helping them achieve success, - Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities, - Presentation experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, - Ability to manage multiple projects, manage time wisely, and prioritize project and people, - The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3-5 years of managing digital sales, - Strong computer skills, - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
