Guaranty Media seeks a dynamic Digital Marketing Strategist/Client Success to join their growing digital marketing team. The role is responsible for developing tailored digital marketing strategies for clients across high-growth verticals while managing day-to-day client interactions to ensure seamless execution and high levels of satisfaction. You will leverage AI tools to identify marketing opportunities while keeping client goals and relationships as the top priority. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to bring the gap between strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Tailored Client Strategies: Create and oversee personalized digital marketing strategies that align with clients’ business goals, particularly in high-growth verticals and a variety of regional clients. Key emphasis on building holistic multi-channel strategic marketing strategies to drive measurable business growth. - Leverage AI tools: Use AI-driven insights to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for campaign optimization, and forecast demand for clients. Work closely with AI tools to segment markets and predict ROI and create operational efficiencies. - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving. Key activities include owning the client proposal planning process, presentation, optimizations, and reporting. Campaign Optimization: Work with clients to continually refine and optimize campaigns based on performance data, market changes, business structure, and performance. Linking marketing performance with business vitality. Breaking down silos within client business to help understand the impact of marketing on business performance, recruitment, etc. - Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform client strategies and identify growth opportunities. - Cross-Department collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, fulfillment, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns. - Reporting and Performance tracking: Provide regular performance reports to clients, showcasing results and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies based on KPIs and business goals and insights.Requirements:
- Digital marketing: At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy development, market analysis, and performance optimization. - Clients Relationship Management: Proven track record in managing client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to optimize client strategies and drive results. Comfortable finding solutions and collaborating in an ever-changing environment focused on innovation and continuous growth. - Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex strategies and campaign performance to clients and internal teams. - Retention Strategy Focus: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute retention strategies to reduce churn and improve client lifetime value.Contact:
