Job Description/Responsibilities: KCEC-TV Univision is seeking a highly energetic team player to provide support to the Sales staff and the General Sales Manager. Qualified candidates will represent the Sales staff to Local Advertisers and Agencies in a professional manner. Duties include but are not limited to order entry including adding and/or modifying contracts and traffic instructions, assist in maintaining current accounts and targeting accounts not currently on air, updating marketing and research materials, preparing and distributing reports. Preparation and distribution of the daily spot times reports to local advertisers and agencies. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:. The position requires proficiency in a Windows PC environment including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) including other programs such as the WideOrbit Traffic platform and Salesforce. Well qualified candidates should have strong organizational skills, a self-starter who learns quickly and has the ability to work independently and multi-task and work well under pressure, excellent written and verbal communications, a high level of time management skills with attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Prior Administrative Assistant and CRM experience is preferred especially in the area of sales. Written and verbal Spanish proficiency is required for this position.
