Bonneville Distribution is part of Deseret Management Corporation and provides distribution services for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Based in Salt Lake City, Bonneville Distribution focuses on providing distribution services for TV and radio stations around the world that broadcast the weekly Mormon Tabernacle Choir Broadcast, Music & the Spoken Word, and LDS General Conference. 

POSITION SUMMARY: The Distribution Coordinator will serve a critical role as part of a small, highly integrated team to provide logistical support for several multi-national broadcasts, including the longest running weekly network broadcast in the world. They will label, package and ship domestic and international Music & the Spoken Word programs both weekly programs, and holiday specials for 13 holidays.  They will market, monitor satellite signals, manage broadcaster relationships and coordinate with partner departments for the broadcasting, packaging and shipping of LDS General Conference.  They will also manage daily office operations when other employees are out of town.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Successfully manage and perform the labeling, packaging, shipping and duplication control functions for broadcasts.
Work with vendors to ensure project shipping deadlines are met and materials prepared.
Purchase and maintain appropriate inventory of duplication supplies.
Maintain electronic database current to meet client and team informational needs. Provide status reports to supervisor as needed.
Effectively communicate and interact with a variety of clients and team members via email, telephone and face-to-face meetings, to ensure the Company is successful in its performance.
Consistently work hours required. Work more when required to meet deadlines including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc.
Maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management, and clients.
Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years in an administrative function.
Skilled in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to learn and use various computer programs and systems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to manage stress effectively.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Sit for an extended period of time.
Substantial physical movement (motion) of wrists, hands and fingers.
Lift, move and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Receive, process, and maintain written and oral communication.
