Promotions Director Position Available

 

The perfect candidate for Promotions Director is the person everyone calls to put together a perfect party or event. This candidate is creative, always “on” and can juggle multiple tasks at once while keeping all the pieces together. They will preferably have experience in television and/or radio. This candidate has excellent written/verbal communication skills and picks up new things rather quickly.

The position of Promotions Director requires energy and ambition. The preferred candidate will be organized and have excellent multi-tasking skills. They must possess leadership skills such as communication, task delegation, and overseeing team members. The candidate will be a self-motivated people-person who can tackle any problem while remaining professional & organized.

 

 

Responsibilities:

The Promotions Director will oversee and organize all promotions/contests and keep the designated promotions calendar updated. They will work with our sales team, on-air team, brand managers and support staff to plan & implement promotions and contests. The Promotions Director also must attend sales calls with sales reps as needed, write & schedule all promotional liners, work large station events, and order promotional items for events.
