Ohana Broadcast Company is looking for a full-time Interactive Media Coordinator for its eight station cluster on Oahu and Kauai. 

Responsibilities:

This position will work in the Marketing & Promotions Department. The qualified candidate must be able to perform the following:

  • Create and professionally design small to medium-sized web design projects by deadlines.
  • Create design prototypes, build, improve and maintain websites on Vipology platforms.
  • Execute graphic design, display banner ads, streaming ads, site navigation, and layout of content for existing and new websites for Oahu & Kauai.
  • In coordination with personnel in programming, sales and marketing, create effective user and client-friendly products.
  • Understand HTML5, Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Edge), Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and DoubleClick for Publishers.
  • Oversee stations` various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Periscope).
  • Insert, upload and schedule all streaming ads, including, pre-roll video, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Immediately inform General Manager and Director of Marketing & Promotions, when discrepancies arise.
  • Create landing pages as requested / needed.
  • Create and place banner and tile ads on website when sold by sales department.
  • Review all websites weekly to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and design suitability.
  • Ensure all EEO job announcements and FCC annual report are maintained on websites.
