Team Lead, Contact Center Representative - Bilingual

MetaSource is seeking a driven and customer-friendly Contact Center Representative Team Lead to help lead our team of Contact Center Representatives in our Draper, UT office.

What does a Bilingual Contact Center Representative do? 

The Bilingual Contact Center Representative Team Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of contact center representatives to ensure quality performance and development of the contact center team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in coaching and motivating agents to improve performance
Helps to identify and escalate HR issues
Intervene in escalated phone calls or emails to resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Aids in answering agent questions
Ensures coverage for shifts
Relays new information related to products, procedures, and customer needs to representatives
Resolves customer concerns quickly and efficiently using  knowledge of the product or program
Communicates with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Must be able to speak fluently in English and Spanish
3+ years of supervisory experience, or a combination of experience and education
1 year experience as a Team Lead in a call center environment
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members through verbal and written communication
Experience with Microsoft Office software
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
