KFMB Stations is looking for an experienced on-site technical support person to assist with system setup, installation and configuration as well as issues relating to client/server hardware, software, networking/cabling infrastructure, email and phone systems.

Responsibilities:

Position requires the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve and the ability to read and interpret procedural manuals. We are looking for candidates that have previous experience (1-2 years of previous technical support experience required) in a desktop support role with excellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Position will be required to log and document support/resolution e-tickets and will also be required to assist in other areas throughout the building, including but not limited to facilities and engineering. This is a supervised position; however, we are looking for someone that can prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be able to work alternate shifts, including the ability to provide weekend or emergency support on an as needed basis.
